SaniCare Carpet Cleaning in Albuquerque follows a proven process to ensure your carpets are as clean as possible, while also paying special attention to any special needs your specific carpet may have, based on carpet type and soil level. Carpet cleaning regularly not only keeps your home or office looking great, it also improves air quality by removing dust mites, pollen, and other pathogens that may be affecting your health.
Before we clean your carpet, please remove breakables and items from tables and other furniture that will be moved by our crew. Remove all small items, such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. from the areas we will be cleaning. Also, try to arrange for pets and children to be away from the areas we are cleaning.
Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. He or she will also advise you of any possible permanent staining or special treatment options based on your carpet type and soil levels.
We will vacuum your carpet thoroughly with a special turbine vacuum system to remove bonded dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps to a properly cleaned carpet.
Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds and dressers will be left in place under our regular pricing structure (ask your technician about other options). We take special care to protect furniture with disposable tabs and blocks.
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal.
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary carpet cleaning machine (depending on soil-level) to further loosen traffic area soil.
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. The pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not overly wet. We clean with water at a steady temperature between 180-190°F.
Every carpet that we clean is given a pH balanced treatment to make sure there’s no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is used as a rinse or applied after the rinse, depending on soil condition.
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty carpet spot removing techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technicians may not be removed.
Some carpets benefit from a dry bonnet process. Ask your technician whether he advises this process or not. This assists in quicker drying and prevents wicking on some carpets.
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to speed up drying.
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.
